Today's update...

An update from Julie herself...a real blessing to see progress with each day of health and healing! Julie responds: "Today I took it really easy on the walkabout and did a couple of errands with my uncle and then crashed for about two hours in the late afternoon. I was feeling really energetic before that, however, so that's good. I'm continuing to stretch everything and try to work it all out slowly, which is happening. One funny thing is that my hair is growing back now and there are some pieces on the back of my neck that are kind of longer, so I'm going to have to get them buzzed when I get back. It's kind of funny. Also, I discovered in the shower today that I have an incision deep in my right armpit - gee no wonder it's hard to stretch that shoulder and arm out - duh. As of today I'm bandage and drug free (antibiotics course is finished) so that's great. My aunt and ucnel are preparing a great dinner (I can smell it right now) and the weather today has been beautiful. I'm just so grateful for each day of progress."
